Features user registration with OTP verification, complaint submission and status tracking, lost and found management, admin dashboard for comprehensive management, and real-time notifications.

Creating a unified platform to simplify community management by merging complaints, event updates, public notices, and lost & found functionalities within a single interface.

The Solution

Built a full-stack web app with React and Node.js, using Sequelize ORM with MySQL for data management. Implemented JWT authentication and Aakash SMS API for secure OTP verification and real-time user communication.

Outcome

Delivered a comprehensive community platform with secure authentication, real-time SMS notifications, and efficient admin tools for managing all community activities in one place.
