Overview

A comprehensive pet care service booking platform designed for pet owners and service providers. Features include user registration and profile management, service booking with appointment tracking, automated email reminders, and a robust admin dashboard for managing schedules and appointments. The platform also includes a feedback system for users to share reviews.

The Challenge

Building a complete service booking platform with both user and admin workflows, including appointment rescheduling and notifications.

The Solution

Developed a React frontend with Context API for state management, a Node.js/Express backend with RESTful APIs, and a MySQL database for data persistence. Integrated email notifications with Nodemailer and image uploads with Cloudinary.

Outcome

Successfully deployed with automated email reminders, seamless appointment management, and positive user feedback. Frontend hosted on Netlify with full admin dashboard functionality.
