Headless E-commerce & Admin Infrastructure
Engineered a full-stack e-commerce platform from scratch for a Swedish client. Built the backend infrastructure from the ground up using Java (Spring Boot) to manage real-time inventory synchronization, product catalogs, and order workflows. The frontend is built with Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript. Implemented secure payment flows via PayPal SDK, JWT authentication, and CSRF mitigation. Focused on performance by optimizing Web Vitals and utilizing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for SEO-friendly product pages.
Solution
