Role-based management system with real-time analytics

Overview

Developed a comprehensive CRM for a mid-size enterprise using the MERN stack with Next.js. The platform features dynamic lead tracking, automated sales stages, and a data-rich analytics dashboard. To ensure security, I implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and state persistence with TypeScript. The backend utilizes MongoDB aggregation pipelines for efficient reporting and search indexing. Optimized the system for high-concurrency lead management, ensuring data integrity across team-wide activity timelines.
