Enterprise CRM & Sales Pipeline
Developed an enterprise CRM from scratch for a Swedish client, engineering a Java (Spring Boot) REST API backend connected to a PostgreSQL relational database and a Next.js frontend. The platform features dynamic lead tracking, automated sales stages, and real-time reporting modules surfacing pipeline health, conversion trends, and sales KPIs. Implemented fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure session management to protect sensitive enterprise data while maintaining sub-200ms query performance across team activity timelines.
